An inactive shell, that is tarnished, in debt, and most likely a large amount of shares still in possession of Berman and Patrowitz. All that is happening is the MM is going way short. Any transaction over 4 million shares(10%)in HOPR is supposed to have an SEC filing. I bet there were some violations today.
