Robert: Did anyone else pick up on the fact that TT (i.e. Rene) is now saying that they are, in fact, going to renege on their pledge to distribute shares in Thermo Enzymes to Thermo Tech shareholders? One for ten was the figure given. As I recall, this was used as an inducement to influence people to buy more shares. Once again it seems that the shareholders get the short end of the stick. I'm surprised that now one else has caught what appears to be another major broken promise---this time through a deliberate policy decision. Didn't the company even issue an effective date by which people had to own their shares in order to "qualify" for the distribution. Seems to me this might well be actionable. Regards. Veritas
