Carl: Concise and precient as usual. You are a nice guy, you did not tell Robert Henry : "I told you so". We agree too much, I pegged the quarterly "real sales" rate at $23 MM and operating losses at $4 MM. Interest expenses are going to go to $2 MM/quarter since they will have more debt at the bank rate (probably 9% to 10%)or an average on all their debt of at least 8%. Zeev
