DAGAN - that was good writing, but it lacks depth, common sense, and support. Who are these "analysts". The story went like this, Scene 1 [newsroom]. "Gee, I gotta get some copy out or the editor will kill me" (scratches head). "What should I put for why the stock tumbled, Wally??" (The journalist thinks back to the expensive liberal arts education and wonders).... Just then the radio blares.... The writer flashes back to a business class which met early in the morning on a Friday. Nothing comes to mind.... "I guess I could just write this"............ "But the stock took a knock since the anticipated move had already been factored into the Canadian price, analysts agreed." yuk
