You say in this most current post that no offense was intended. If not to offend, then what was the meaning of this excerpt from your earlier post?...

I can see how you mean this in a friendly, fact finding kind of way.
If you are seriously doing your DD, and not just here to raise some dander, then call the company back with your concerns. If you are not satisfied with the answers you get, ask again! Keep trying until you get enough info to satisfy your apparent thirst for knowledge.
Keep in mind that this is one of many forums where IMMD is discussed. The majority of posters here have migrated this way from the Prodigy BB, where the lawsuit and various other aspects of this investment have been discussed in GREAT detail. The folks here understand their decision to invest in IMMD, and also have an understanding of fellow SI posters' background knowledge of the subject material being referred to. I see no reason to rehash what we already know just in case someone here (lurking) might need the info. Do your own homework! Then post with an informed opinion/concern, and actual discourse may occur. 'Til that point, we're hanging out waiting for something substantial to occur.
