Some people use TA, and others look for a drying up in the volume and a stabilization of the markets indices. This is usually followed by a period of consolidation, and then the start of rallies. However, there are no easy and fast rules to use that I'm aware of. Of course, if have friends on the Street, it helps to get so advice from them.
