It's time to summarize...

We still have a lot of short-term shareholders in IATV, but we can
live with those who remain open enough to see a mine when they see
one.

First, what is happening to NASDAQ?

Institutional investors have decided to rebalance their holdings.
They have grown wary of gauging the market through 25 major issues,
and they decided to reassess their positions.
Well, to do so, they had little choice: They had to get out of the
technology stocks first. Indeed, if you get out of YHOO to dive
into AMZN or AOL, you do not change anything.
So, institutional investors decided to park their capital into the
"safe" cyclical stocks.
The deal is the following: Once the valuation of the tech. issues
will be sufficiently corrected, they will get back in, carefully
selecting those of these issues that hold the best long-term potential
for growth and appreciation.

How long will institutional investors keep their capital parked in
the "safe" cyclical stocks?

Who knows?
One thing is sure, the first bunch to move will oblige the whole
flock.
Why?
Because the last institutional investor to get out of these
cyclical stocks will be the most screwed of all.

Brief, brief, brief...

My point is that when these institutional investors and their
followers will get back into the tech. issues, IATV will be one of
their foremost choice.

Why?

Well, the papers published by almost the whole world speak for
themselves:

- atnewyork.com
- cnnfn.com
- newsbytes.com
- newspage.com
- forbes.com
- fool.com

I picked these articles almost at random.
They all speak about the long-term potential of ACTV, but not only
the long-term potential!
ACTV's technology is available now!
ACTV's competitors will be kept out of the market by a number of
key patents.
Cable companies need to innovate to keep growing, they will seek the
support of ACTV.
Why do you think Malone selected ACTV?
Malone built up TCI from nothing into the foremost American cable
company. He perfectly knows ACTV has built a powerful moat around
its market. A moat he preferred to befriend, not fight.

So, be assured that IATV is on the right track.

New deals will flow in, and ACTV will become more and more visible.

You have picked a winner!
