Rich,

Financials are not the issue witha penny stock....news and momentum my friend....and USTT will have both in the coming 3 to 6 months. I own 25,000 shares and will consider doubling my position if we see some solid buying. Potential problem is some Reg. S shares....I can't get a solid hold on how many were issued. Either case I really feel the stock should be $1.00 plus in the near term.
