Good evening,
>>Sometimes when deals like this are being discussed and/or closed, etc., the actual time to be completed and approved, and put into Press Releases take long than we'd like it to or expect it to<<
This is almost always the case. Patience is certainly necessary while a company is being built.
It can also be a mistake to expect to much to happen to fast fundamentally. Steps need to be measured.
One concern that I will air at this time, with regards to the financing, is that it might not be to much at this stage of the game. The structure of this company is very good, with only 7 million shares out. I would not want to see to much unnecessary dilution now, when it very well could be done later, at higher prices and less dilutive.
That is assuming it is an equity financing they are working on. If it is mostly debt, then no big deal. Also, a smaller financing might just be enough to get us to the point where we might more easily obtain debt financing.
If it is a big sum, I will try not complain to much <g>
Have a good night,
