William. . .Yeah, I said the letters out loud twice and still didn't buy them. Go figure. Tonight I placed 10 land mines on my very favorite internet and high-tech stocks. Limit buys set at prices that I am totally comfortable with, regardless of the direction the market takes.

To All. . .Don't forget that EGRP, MSFT and RNWK have earnings out tomorrow, then GNET on Wed and Lucent and NSOL on Thursday. Lots of reasons for things to turn around. . . .making opportunities for buying on the cheap tomorrow.

The bottom line here is that the internet is not going away. And the Lucents and Microsofts that make all the bucks are not going to suddenly not make any money either. Wal-Mart is not closing down.

So at "some" point there are serious bargains to be found. Each person must decide the best play for them. I would never trade with them, but I like EGRP for the swing into their earnings. Despite those that abandoned them, I think there are many new customers bringing them biz. I always like DCLK And ATHM and like the opportunity of seeing AMZN at an attainable price. You know the brokerage houses I really like.

WMT is on sale. RNWK makes a good swing into earnings. I may yet see my 19 dollar price on Compaq like I said several weeks ago. And my very favorite Inet these days is DCLK.

I am thrilled to report that Web Street Securities is the coolest trading service I have ever seen. I like the cheap level II, tho I don't use it much. . . and the part I like the best is a message that pops to the front when your trade executes, forcing you to look at it. . . .and the trade executes in LESS than 3 seconds.

How did I ever get along without it?

Hope everyone is doing fine.
