Oh....NPEC is going to go up soon.....I don't think there is any doubt about it. Cool! Then maybe they'll be able to afford some of life's little luxuries for their Metroplus business. You know, like an office and a phone. I made a quick trip to NPEC galactic HQ; those of you who bothered to pay attention to the Metroplus trip report can, I am sure, deduce the outcome of this latest trip. Those of you intent on testing the Greater-Fool theory, well, "you're a braver man than I, Gunga Din" and all that.
