i'm not new to investing but, but a couple things i still don't understand: who are the "big boys?" what is the "smart money?" i see many references to these terms, on this thread.. but i've never seen a lucid definition... thanks in advance! ps.. i watch several issues every day on level II and i am convinced that market makers (as a whole) are no more clairvoyant than your average daytrader, regarding near term price movement...
