Alliances are fine if they produce significant revenue - However,
in my opinion, it appears the market has way over-reacted to
the news - Concrete sales are still missing - Where's the beef?

Price has not been above 50 cents in eons - There is still no
justification for the recent upward movement - I wonder what
'game' is 'really' going on - Or perhaps CAV or BOM are starting
to 'push' for return on their investments....
