RS:

I take Loral's "targets" with a grain of salt. That same target was $1.352 billion in November of 97. Where did the $352 million go? One has to make too many assumptions about G* to get Loral's numbers out in 2002. I don't think we have to worry about it. Schwartz will be 77 then(or is it 78?). Loral will not exist as an independent company(just an opinion). With that being my expected outcome, I am more interested in the present value of Loral's assets. That number goes up with each successful launch, with each partnership done, with every orbital slot obtained. When that number reaches a certain point above the stock price, Loral is a goner. If the stock price perks up and follows the value within, great. I'll take it.
