Ok....now I know the world has turned upside down. Bully....the nemesis of NPEC....drinking wine with Moonglow...the sometimes in, sometimes out, NPEC chart girl. Bully, I don't know what is going on with NPEC...but I'm not selling these shares...at least not yet. <g> NPEC is going to go up soon, you know. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not this week...but there is just no other scenario that I can see. It's going to go up. At least in my opinion, it is. And you know what?
