I believe "the oath" extends to state judges only. That McDougal judge I believe had been a state judge.

In her case it absolutely was. Wright had affirmative duty to act without reference to Clinton's travails and failure to do so when it was timely and mattered was just as much an act as anything can be - and the only effect of the delay was to affect the impeachment in a way beneficial to Clinton. She stated her findings were easily arrived at. Why did she let the Clinton lawyers and cronies hurl their lies for months (like the one about Clinton's testimonial lies being "immaterial")?

Turley is totally correct, Wright was clearly wrong in a way politically beneficial to Clinton.

And so? She lives in AR and has uniformed guards, no doubt knowing what the Clintonistas are capable of.
