INTERVU Demonstrates High Bandwidth Streaming Technology for TV

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1999--
INTERVU Shows Multicasting Technology Demonstration at NAB '99

INTERVU Inc. (Nasdaq:ITVU) announced today that the company is
exhibiting a broadcast quality streaming media demonstration at NAB '99 (National Association of Broadcasters) in Las Vegas, Nevada this week through the duration of the convention.

This demonstration showcases a programmed news feed that is being
multicast at a 300 Kilobits per second (Kbps) data rate over the
Internet through an INTERVU Media Delivery Center and displayed on three television monitors at the convention. The televisions are positioned in INTERVU's booths (S4625 and 5636) in the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The demonstration shows how this technology enhances the delivery of
streaming media over the public Internet and provides a gateway for
future private streaming over DSL and cable head ends. As an example of a practical application of this technology, a corporation could bring in a single unicast news feed through its connection to the Internet, then multicast that feed inside the Intranet to deliver high bandwidth broadcasts without internal network congestion. This method eliminates the bottleneck of the corporation's single Internet connection.

Multicasting, part of the Internet protocol, is a broadcasting
technology developed for the Internet that is designed to reduce network congestion on public and private networks by enabling a single stream of information to be accessed by multiple network users. INTERVU supports this standard protocol as a part of its overall distributed streaming media strategy. For more information on this technology demonstration please contact Anjeanette Steele at 619-920-4815/asteele@intervu.net or visit one of the booths referenced above.

Except for the historical information contained herein, this news
release contains forward-looking statements that are subject to risks
and uncertainties that might cause actual results to differ from those
foreseen, including the market acceptance for INTERVU's specialized
services, technological change and intense competition, as well as the
other risks detailed from time to time in INTERVU's SEC reports,
including the report on Form 10-K filed on March 30, 1999.
