More info about GET can be obtained from the following website: usa.getsystems.com (beware it's java based and it may look like windows has crashed while it's loading) It looks from this site like GET are supplying Crown casino online. This would be a major coup for the stockprice. For non-locals Crown is the largest casino in the southern hemisphere (and perhaps world when hotel included but not sure), in Melbourne and is now part of the Packer empire. The Packer mob are soon to float PBL online which has 50% of ninemsn.com, microsoft having the other half. One of the hyped cornerstones is Crown casino online (other parts include online broking, ebay, news etc). It appears GET are supplying the software and it is not excluded from the TGA deal like the much smaller Wrestpoint casino. Lately the mere mention of Packer involvement in a company creates a cult-like frenzy similar to Buffett involvement. It could be very interesting in 6 weeks. Does anyone have a feel for US companies involved in internet gaming software and their stock values? Any opinions appreciated. Cheers, Davo.
