PG Yesterday's action is a classic example of "Volume always preceeds price action." Mark Libovitz has espoused his theory about UHV (unusally high volume) for many years. 8X normal volume certainly qualifies here. Another key TA action is at hand. The stock is about to penetrate its 200 day Moving Average line at 9.5, on the upside, for the first time in over a year and a half. I like the rest of the longs have been looking for this kind of action for some time now. 92 octane, in the San Francisco area, is now 2X the cost of bottled water. Not long ago is was less than 1X. Also, the XOI is now going parabolic.
