You know what really surprises me? That someone named Dan appears, whom we don't know any better than you do, says something to you, and you decide this entire thread is negative.
I said something to Dan in a post that I thought you were being funny, not sarcastic; I thought he had just misunderstood you, and I don't know what you thought should have happened, but several people said the same. You seemed to have fit right in with us, your humor, your style, and again it's a little bewildering to see you think you've received a "vicious, deliberate, personal attack"! You might want to consider that the "few and subdued" responses were a result of no one thinking anyone had been severely flamed. Indeed, at this point, were I inclined to be so sensitive, I would think you were doing the flaming of us all. Luckily, most of us are a little tougher-skinned than that, although the market is making me feel pretty touchy right now.
Come back anytime you like. We enjoyed you and hate to see you go!
