I am wondering if this news about Siemens is some subliminal indication that XYBR management has found a source (other than revenues) of future working capital funding (debt or equity)? Considering the relative value of the mark, this company is a really cheap R&D source for the Germans, ergo all the Germanic news.
Just speculating. Anybody else have any thoughts?
