Bill - VLNC just announced a sale...... of stock! They just filed an S-3 for $50,000,000 of stock but didn't specify which type (common, convertible, warrants, etc), so I guess we will have to wait and see what kind of dilution is coming. I'd provide the link but I can't get back to the edgar site. DP
