Mark, I'm thrilled. A plan is in place, but we don't know what it is. Will it be more convertible preferred shares with floorless convertible rights, or will it be a public offering of stock at $15 per share, as suggested by your "astute poster"? Did you ever wonder why the company puts statements in their filings that say "we have no products for sale" if it is not true and they do have products for sale? Seems like they would be shooting themselves in the foot by having untrue, dated, statements such as these in their filings if they want to sell shares at higher prices. On the other hand, maybe the SEC filings continue to be accurate (as they have always been) and all the internet hype about imminent production continues to be inaccurate (as it has always been).
