BII will bootstrap off of other Inut Auction sites. So what will happen is when the US Inut Auction sites reach a "new" perceived fairvalue, only then will the US investor move to Bid.com. So in times when the stocks fall, bid.com will fall first, when they rise, bid.com will rise last.
