I helped in similar situations, even assist in writing the newsletter that Safe Cents published. I have CEO Doug Butcher's hand writing on many of the drafts that we worked together on, as well as e-mail correspondence with Linda. I even have messages that he left on my answering machine. For this and other services, he promised to compensate me (not yet) - Last phrase from him, he will call me if shares are available.

The previous owners of Heros has 1 million shares of 144 stock that recently became free trading. This selling has been offsetting any buying that we have been bringing to the table. This explains alot.
I figure they blew out of 200,000 to 250,000 shares so far. Nothing wrong about getting in at these levels and hopefully by the end of 2nd Quarter 99 ETPI will have 1 or 2 cents a share earnings. That will put us between .40 and .80.
Please don;'t shoot the messenger and let me know if you would like me to continue in this capacity.
