Norman, the negative equity of $ 21 M represents a provision for pension liability of $ 14M. That means that there is only $ 7 M deficit(16 cents/sh)

But, looking at the acid test ratio( current assets/current liabilities)it is 69M/35M. A very good sign.

If you look at the most of the small cap companies you will see a larger carry over loss than that of AXC
