Bill, I copy news releases to the threads all the time. To copy a mail message I believe you would have to save it as a text(txt) file to your desktop. When you are on line at the point you want to insert the message you would first have to minimize your browser, call your file up and highlight all the text message and then press control C. Then maximize your browser, click the position you want message and then press Control V. That should work.
