I think so, but their US journalist crew is threatening to go on strike and they are not doing well in general. Yahoo thread actually has some good posts about their problems. This is a short-term play for 4 points or better, depending on whether RTRSY finds a bottom. It's way overvalued on a PEG basis. Market is really turning now, huh?
