Well One reason is they have a patent on the Dutch Auction, this will be a big boon to them in certain areas of the auction market. They are also emerging on the European scene. I think there is room in this business for BII which has been making a name for itself. Everybody has to start somewhere, BII hs been around in Canada for about four years now IMO even though BID Com makes 90% of it's earning in the US, Canadians are now warming up to ecommerce and BII was here first which I think also gives it a leg up in this Country. There is also the B to B, the audio visual aspect, and the ability to licence it's technology. Hope I haven't missed anything but the point is it is a growth company in a growth industry. Americans are famous for their faith in that aspect alone and that is why we wanted to be on the Nasdaq- to give us the exposure that can only be had from inclusion on the Nasdaq. If you believe in the future take the time to visit Waldo DD site to see what this little gem is all about. Sorry for the long post but I really think this company will be around when the dust settles.
