etrade ameritrade upgraded, banks and nets going up, USAB should be trading at 35 soon. They have brokerage soon, fun website, lower expenses than most banks , they are determined to be the web bank, frankly @ this point, I believe they will achieve this. Holding for a 4/1 split and off to 100.
