Now why do you think Salon.com is an unworthy IPO? Somebody brought this up on the amzn thread recently too. You know of course that individual investor (magazine) is public and has been for quite a while. Thats hardly a franchise... Salon is much more branded. I'm not saying I'm going to buy the stock or anything but its not like IPOs like this are anything new and Salon is really strong - its like a Rolling Stone or something.
