Pfeiffer To Get $320 Million Payoff

The British Daily Telegraph newspaper reports ousted Compaq CEO Eckhard Pfeiffer's contract requires him to cash in his stock options -- worth $316 million -- and entitles him to four times his $1.48 million salary in severance pay.
