Perhaps I misunderstand what you meant by "downsizing"...

In any event, PMAT does have some powerful forces working for them. Many of their clients are Asian semiconductor companies which, as is often said, do tend to be loyal to their suppliers. Also, there are some well-respected industry people in their management -- including one of the former leaders of Cray. PMAT is actually starting to remind me of companies like DAW <DAWK> or Tencor <TNCR> -- both of those companies had their "trial by fire" and emerged (or in the case of DAW, are emerging) a better company. Time will tell. It is interesting to note, though, that the stock has held up reasonably well so far despite a rather ugly day on NASDAQ.
