Jon, Keep in mind that based on the early reaction so far.....my opinion and 50 cents will not get you a cup of coffee.... $30 per share is based on a value being placed on AI of 15x sales. Other internet stocks trade for this......but also have rapid sales growth. I'm assuming that the Florida guys and the "term" stuff can provide the growth that will warrant 15x sales. Anyhow....$30 per share x 800k (BANY's AI shares).....= $24 million.....divided by 11 million BANY shares = $2.18 cents. Even if you cry "BS...Brad Greene!".....and cut it in half.....you have $1.10 per BANY share......Both do not consider Doublecase at all. Double case is worth at least 25 cents...(per share <g>)..IMO. Who knows...... bg
