I am not sure what the price requirement is for Nasdaq small cap but there are other financial -solvency requirements that we might have trouble making, I know that a stock is not marginable unless it is over $3 but as for listing requirement ???....I do not know what they are but Sanctuary is a losing concern and the US markets are getting tighter so as to prevent the sanctuaries of this world to de vest the poor suckers of their $$$... I think we will remain on the Vancouver exchange right up until the time the plug is pulled... George
