The Valence stock fraud announces significant dilution: edgar-online.com Despite a campaign of fraudulent promotion by Don Wolanchuk through various media, Valence stock continues to come under pressure. The company has no products and no manufacturing capability. Indeed, it is nothing more than a defunct R&D operation masquerading as a possible contender in the battery business. Valnece's only "products" are stock and false rumors designed to deceive gullible investors into buying it. VLNC will eventually, and inevitably, trade below 1 a share.
