George - I have tried to be careful to voice this simply as suspicions, and cite the reasons why. I have not said that they *are* such, because clearly I don't know for certain.

I have gone back and forth between being very suspicious, and deciding that my suspicions are unfounded. At this point I have swung back to the other side, and I really want to know the answers to some hard questions. I have carefully phrased it that way.

The discussions of con games have been educational in nature relative to how they work. I have done my best to perform diligent discovery of facts and reported those where possible.

Once again - I hope they are what they claim to be - and if so, I am rooting for them. But there are some questions I would like answered. This has to do with the fact that a friend of a friend has bought in. He was an unqualified investor by the SEC rules. They should not have fundraised from him. Maybe they are just being "nice guys".
