Steve, it seems that until we get some news on anything that is happening with knic or pec or insta-heat, it is going to be very hard to talk about "nothing".

The stock continues to fall under its own weight (although anorexic?) probably from the pressure of margin calls and light shorting (volume is very light). Until the world finds out what is going on at knic, things wont change. Look what a 2-hr conference call did for the stock a few days ago. The "foreign investors" really damaged this stock. Lou stepped in to stop the attackers, but Lou hasn't as yet called for an ambulance. His old friend KNIC is still laying on the side of the road, beaten and bleeding, wondering if help is coming.

KNIC needs a life-flight chopper and a shot of adrenaline to fix the damage. I understand that deals are in the works with 2 IPOs coming this year, but people won't throw money at KNIC until some REAL NEWS (world-wide release) comes out from the company as to what will be happening for KNIC investors when the IPOs come out (I am assuming we will be getting shares in the spawned off companies for the shares of KNIC we hold--but the company isn't saying anything about that as of yet).

I'm done now, still frustrated, but feeling a little better now.
