The definition of "Winning", or at least acceptable resolutions, from NATO's side needs to be re-stated soon. I hear conflicting views from NATO from dividing Kosovo to complete independance from Kosovo. The Germans appear to be pushing for negotiations and leading a back-pedal, while the Americans and the Brits are talking much tougher saying that the Serbs forfeited their right to autonomy and the Kosovo Albanians should have independance.
