I can see some midsize institutional daytrading where they are buying it in the $13.50+ range and selling it just over $14. Lots of shares at $14 1/8 and USCT is back with a large block at $14.25. They definitely appear to be playing games here. Since they are also on the bid side, my guess is that they're purposefully trying to keep the price down so that they can accumulate cheap shares.
