Will it be a breakout or a double top? Seasonal factors favor an upside breakout, but we will have to be up on our haunches. The highest weekly( Friday ) close of 1995(always important because it ocurred in the previous year) was 20. A trade above 21 would also be significant longer term for us. We are trading in an up-channel, so let's give the bulls our support for now. May the up-force be with us! Chart on my homepage will be updated by Sunday.
