Larry, I am also a financial accountant and own CAGI at average of 60 cents a share. I agree with Harry. These matters can get very complicated and it is not unusual for the SEC to comment on the way a company accounts for its goodwill. CAGI has been very agressive acquiring other companys and while the amount of earnings is uncertain, the fact is they will have earnings the may be .12cents instead of .16 cents. CAGI may have to write off or restate some of the good will which is NOT a cash outlay. I think you should focus on this year we are in now. IMHO it looks very bullish for CAGI
