At 13:33:36 pm est, someone bought a block of 25,000 shares at the $6.50 ask (and high for the day so far). Nice accumulation, but need more to boost us over $7.00. C'mon ASPT, you can resume the buyback now! We have price stability, so the company should be able to buy back without the appearance of impropriety.
