good advice, but i'm looking for greater detail than provided in the complaints. for example, who "created fictitious purchase orders" and when and for what? how were revenues "pre-booked?" who "altered credit card numbers in order to create phone purchase orders" and when and in whose name? what products were "still in development and had not yet been released" when revenue for their sale was booked? any ideas? is there anyone out there who can ways to get this information? i think it's crucial to have if we are to understand whether the allegations are valid.
