I considered that it might be an early sell-off before 1Q earnings. I expect those to come out 7 May. Price could hold off unless news comes before earnings, but this really just creates a buying opportunity. Exact same thing happened with EGAM this week. I personally want to get this merger quarter behind us knowing that the future is where the value is right now.
