Prior to his appointment as President, he served as Vice President, Business Development and Vice President OEM and International Sales for Norris Communications. Before joining Norris, Falk was with Resources Internationale where he served as Director of U.S. Sales. From 1988 to 1993, Falk was the Manager, OEM Sales for PCPI in San Diego. Falk was also an Account Manager at DH Technology. Falk attended Palomar College in San Marcos and Foot Hill College in Los Altos, California. Married with two children, Falk has a commercial pilot's license and is fluent in the German language.
