<<ALIAS I'm coming for you next.
give them a call or email them, there is no such thing as privacy. hell, edit past the map locations and stop at their house for dinner.>>
Could it be the same author that wrote this???

Are you having a hard time tracking what you write to all your different screen names User/Using/CHELEKIS@aol.com. BTW, I never accused you of being Shawn but you just convinced me by writing that I did, since all your fabrications become one big blur after awhile and you can't remember what you lied about previously.
So you say about Chelekis:
"I admire the fact that he owned up to being duped and when he discovered it he let his readers know." Seems like he owned up only after the SEC caught him hyping many stocks for his own personal gain!($1.1 million + 275,500 shares of stock) Poor guy was "duped"?? Not once, but a least six times by different companies???
"We aren't saying that for the other 144 companies he was accurate," said Paul Gerlach, associate director for enforcement of the SEC. "These are six demonstrable instances of making false statements." (http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/s-11873/reply-158) He seems too bright in his writings to be duped all those times.
The SEC said that Chelekis "knowingly or recklessly made materially false and misleading statements concerning six publicly-traded companies." (http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/s-11873/reply-159)
When is all your personal vendetta crap going to end??? Why don't you just move on to bigger and better things and leave us poor naive suckers alone? Unless you enjoy all this bickering??? BTW, ADVR seems to be holding strong >.40, so the news did not cremate the stock as Shawn would have hoped! |
