You are wrong, as long as the uncertainties about the LCOS merger hangs over, this stock is going to be trading at 30-45 range, doesn't matter what the earnings are. It's a shame, because if you use the 30 times revenue valuation of internet stock to value TMCS, TMCS would have been a 60Mx4x30= 7.2B stock, and the 60M is only the sales of Ticket Master Online, not including CitySearch and CityAuction. If it weren't for the LCOS deal, TMCS clearly would have been in the high 60 to low 70 range now. Now, I am wondering at what price should I dump my 500 shares bought at $39. It's a damn shame of what Barry Diller did.
