Great Article. I really enjoyed this quote from AOL's CFO: He said AOL was experiencing the problems of being the most popular online service plus flat-pricing, but that customers were not leaving the company. "The customers are vocal and complaining, but they have nowhere else to go," he said. That's right. Those 2000+ ISP's out there don't really exist. They're just a figment of our collective imagination. The AOL "religion" is so overwhelming, that there is no other "true religion" left.
