David C. Cole, an officer of 8619 Westwood Center Drive, Vienna, VA 22182, has filed to sell 100,000 shares of America Online Inc (AOL) For those who may have not noticed, AOL has an S-3 and an S-8 recently filed on Edgar. The S-3 is for the already announced 1 million share stock offering of (mostly) AOL insiders - but down near the end it mentions that 6 million stock options are available to be exercised in the next 30 days. The S-8 is a filing that 3 million shares WILL be issued in the next 30 days for employee/director stock options. WooHoo!
